How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2003 Buick Regal?

Remove rocker arm cover, set piston at TDC, take off rocker arms, push rods, and spark plug. Install spark-plug adapter, apply air to hold valves. Use spring compressor to remove locks, spring, cap, and seal. Fit new seal with installer, reinstall spring, locks, spark plug, push rods, rocker arms, and cover.
