Start by disconnecting the air cleaner cover retainers and then remove the air cleaner cover and proceed to remove the Air Filter. Examine the air cleaner housing assembly for signs of damage before changing it. To install the new air cleaner follow these steps: first install the air cleaner housing cover while engaging the air cleaner cover retainers. Tighten the clamp assembly holding the Throttle Body to intake air duct to 3 n.m (27 lb in) torque before connecting the maf/iat sensor electrical connector.
