How to Replace Canister Purge Valves on 2003 Cadillac DeVille?

To replace the evap Canister Purge Valves one should disconnect the electric connector and the evap purge pipe and then replace them from evap Canister Purge Valves. Open throttle slightly and then remove the retaining bolt and then take out the evap Canister Purge Valves from the Intake Manifold. For installation, make sure the new o-ring is installed on the evap purge valves, place the valves on the Intake Manifold and secure them with a retaining bolt and tighten to 12 n.m (106 lb in). After allowing the throttle to close, connect the evap purge pipe again to the valves and subsequently to the electric connection.
