Secure the studplate to avoid falling inside the door cavity before removing hinge to body bolts. Then remove the hinge to door nuts. Rotate the body side of the hinge towards the door's external opening and remove it from the vehicle. Start the installation by placing the hinge on the mounting studs of the door before rotating the body side towards the pillar for final positioning. Secure the bolts and close the hinge to body bolts at 30 N.m torque and tighten the hinge to door nuts to 34 N.m torque. Use body color paint to fix damaged applications on the hinge before realigning the door properly and finally closing the front door.
