  A: The process to replace the left inst. Panel, elec. Center, or junction block begins by taking off the left side end panel together with the knee bolster. First remove all fuses from the block then disconnect all wiring connectors from their positions inside the block. The turn signal relay should be removed from the Fuse block backend followed by removing the retaining bolt behind the Fuse block. Operate a screwdriver to divide the Fuse block from the wire harness block then push the retainers to extract the Fuse block from the vehicle. The installation process begins by placing the Fuse block onto the i/p assembly where it clicks then adding the wire harness block to the back of Fuse block while installing the bolt with equal torque of 6 n.m (53 lb in). First reinstall the turn signal relay followed by referring to the wiring diagram on the Fuse panel cover for installing the fuses. Begin by installing electrical connectors followed by knee bolster reinstallation then complete the procedure by putting back the left side end panel.
