How to replace the lower intermediate steering shaft on 2003 Cadillac Escalade?

In order to change the lower intermediate steering shaft, make the front wheels straight and the steering column locked. Insert the Steering Column Anti-Rotation Pin and label the intermediate shaft parts and take the connecting bolts out. Installation of the new shaft, positioning of marks and tightening of bolts and then removal of the Anti-Rotation Pin.
