How to replace the rear door hinge on 2003 Cadillac Seville?

In order to install a different rear door hinge, open the front door and install one hinge at a time. Take out the hinge to body bolts and fix studplate and then remove hinge to door nuts. Install the new hinge, tighten the bolts, repair any damage and center the door.
