You need to split the recirculation housing from the HVAC module assembly before you disconnect the retaining clip from the defroster actuator to take away the actuator itself. The HVAC module assembly case requires its upper screws to be unscrewed while you separate the case. Workers should extract both the lower module case and HVAC module assembly seal and afterward pull out the evaporator core and water core filter from the evaporator. Refrigerant oil should be added to a new evaporator before attaching the water core filter followed by new side and upper seals and two lower seals on the evaporator core. The HVAC module assembly seal should be positioned on the lower module case before setting the evaporator core back inside.
