How to Service and Repair the Timing Chain,Variable Timing Sprocket and Timing Chain Tensioner on 2003 Chevrolet Malibu?

In order to change the timing chain, sprockes, or tensioner, undo the engine front cover. Install the #1 piston a top dead center and align the camshaft sprocket with timing mark. Take out the timing chain and camshaft sprocket. Install with proper tools, and make sure that the tools are properly aligned and lubricated. Begin to re-fit engine front cover.
