Start by removing the Throttle Body from the vehicle before you clean both the throttle valve and throttle bore from their accumulated carbon and dirt. The iac valve along with the tp sensor must come off before cleaning as both elements could develop malfunctions from contact with compressed air or solvents. Then proceed with cleaning both the Throttle Body bypass air passages and the crankcase breather pipe and its accommodating passage. Clean all passages and throttle bore completely through compression air application. Before reinstalling the Throttle Body to the vehicle it is essential to verify that the throttle valve operates freely and perfectly smooth.
