Use the following sequence to replace the accumulator: disconnect the a/c low pressure sensor electrical connector before removing the evaporator outlet hose retaining nut from the accumulator and finally removing the compressor inlet hose retaining nut. Start by first removing the accumulator retaining bracket screw before removing the accumulator with its sealing washers. Before installing an updated accumulator add an exact amount of pag oil per manufacturer instructions.
