In order to replace the Evaporator outlet tube with rpo code c60 first, you have to use the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A) for recovering the refrigerant from the a/c system. Then the Evaporator outlet tube retaining nut, accumulator retaining nut, and accumulator bracket nut should be removed from their respective locations. Then pull out the Evaporator outlet tube and the bracings washers. For installation, feed new sealing washers and attach the Evaporator outlet tube to the accumulator and fasten with the retaining nut, compressing to a firm 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Proceed to filesize-install the Evaporator outlet tube to the Evaporator, tightened the nut to 16 n.m (12 lb ft), then filetype-install the Evaporator outlet tube retaining nut, tighten to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). Finally, fix the nut to the accumulator bracket and tighten it to 9 n.m (80 lb in). Evacuate and recharge the a/c system and perform a further leak test on fittings using the halogen leak detector (J 39400-A) after the installation is completed.
