How to replace the EGR Tube outlet on 2004 Buick Park Avenue?

Start by removing the bolt that holds the egr outlet pipe flange to the Intake Manifold and proceed by taking out both the bolt and nut holding the egr valve inlet pipe assembly to the outlet pipe and finally extracting the egr outlet pipe. Installation of the egr valve outlet pipe starts by putting the pipe into correct position while adhering to fastener notice in service precautions. Install the bolt to the Intake Manifold next and tighten it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft). When installing attach the nut to the egr valve inlet pipe assembly while tightening it to 29 n.m (21 lb ft).
