The first step to maintain exhaust hangers begins with supporting and lifting the vehicle. The front exhaust hanger needs prying away from its position on the rear suspension hanger rod before adding suitable lubricant to run along the exhaust pipe hanger rod . To free the front exhaust hanger you must separate it from its position at the exhaust pipe hanger rod. The tail pipe hanger becomes easily removable by lubricating its support rods. Conduct this operation on the body support bracket rod and the tail pipe hanger rod to successfully remove the hanger from both components. A soapy solution should be applied to both the body support bracket rod and the tail pipe hanger rod and its inner diameter before installation. Place the tail pipe hanger onto the tail pipe hanger rod and subsequently place it onto the body support bracket rod . Begin by soaking the exhaust pipe hanger rod and front exhaust hanger inner diameter with soap after which you can put the front exhaust hanger across the exhaust pipe hanger rod followed by inserting it on the rear suspension hanger rod . Finally, lower the vehicle.
