How to replace the oil pan on 2004 Cadillac CTS?

Drain engine oil, remove front frame, cooler pipe brace bolt, three lower transmission bolts and oil pan bolts, then pry pan from block. Clean surfaces and inspect pan. Apply silicone sealant, position pan, tighten bolts in sequence. Reinstall transmission bolts, brace bolt, front frame, refill oil and check for leaks.
