To remove the Oil Pan, start by removing your front engine cover, then remove the retainer power steering hose from the A/C Compressor bracket, then disconnect the intermediate
Steering Shaft. Then, unbolt the
Engine Mount lower nuts without removing the a/c pipes and hoses. Unbolt the A/C Compressor bracket and put it aside, as well as drain the engine oil. Remove the transmission oil cooler pipe retainer off to the right side of the motor and install the engine support fixture tightening the support fixture wing nuts to provide clearance for the Oil Pan. After equipping, remove the front differential carrier. Move to take off the Oil Pan and, if required, divide it, clean and, then, check it out. For installation, assemble Oil Pan as required and apply it then apply the front differential carrier if required. Loosen the engine support fixture wings nut in order to remove the engine and the engine mounts to the frame, remove the engine support fixture and the transmission oil cooler pipe retainer. Top up the engine with new engine oil and install A/C Compressor bracket with the A/C Compressor. Assemble the Engine Mount lower nuts, attach the intermediate Steering Shaft, and lastly, employ the power steering hose retainer to the A/C Compressor bracket prior to powering the cover back on the engine front.
