How to replace the wiper motor (LHD) on 2004 Cadillac CTS?

Take off the wiper motor module assembly as the very first step to replace the wiper motor on the left side. Pull apart the drive links from the wiper motor crank arm to the wiper motor by using J 39232. After that, take out the three screws connecting the wiper motor to the wiper motor module and take off the wiper motor. Put the wiper motor onto the wiper motor module assembly, attach the screws , and ensure they are tightened to 10 N.m (89 lb in). After that, fit the drive links onto the wiper motor crank arm using the Wiper Linkage Installer (J 39529). After that, refit the wiper motor module assembly and turn on the wipers to make sure they are working as they should.
