How to service and repair the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and Valve Stem Oil Seal on 2004 Cadillac SRX?

In order to service the valve guide seal, remove the starter motor and install the Flywheel Holding Tool to keep the crankshaft still. Take out the camshafts, rocker arms and spark plug. Take out valve springs and valve stem seal using Valve spring Compressor. Install elements in reverse sequence.
