How to replace the engine front timing cover on 2004 Cadillac XLR?

Drain coolant, remove air duct, detach heater and radiator hoses, then take off belt tensioner, belt, idler and water-pump pulleys, raise vehicle, remove crankshaft balancer. Unbolt and remove front cover and gasket, clean, apply sealant, fit new gasket and cover, thread-lock bolts, reinstall balancer, pulleys, belt, hoses, duct, and refill cooling system.
