How to replace the rear disc brake backing plate on 2004 Chevrolet Blazer?

Remove wheel and tire assembly, raise vehicle, release park brake and replace rear disc brake backing plate. Next you take off the brake rotor, axle shaft and park brake shoe. Remove the old plate and install the new one and reassemble the parts, adjusting the park brake cable if necessary.
