  A: The first step to install the A/C Accumulator is recovery and recharge of the a/c system. Installation of the accumulator component ac delco p/n 15-1760 to the liquid line at the Evaporator tube between condenser and Evaporator will eliminate the need for flushing procedures. Apply a clean cloth to wipe the a/c line before making two 38 mm (1.5 in) apart marks on the liquid line.
