How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount on the side on 2004 Chevrolet Classic?

Before replacing the side transmission mount start by elevating the vehicle and installing a jackstand then remove the left front wheel assembly and left front splash shield from the vehicle. Use a jackstand combined with a block of wood to support the transaxle then remove the through bolt from the transmission mount. Leave the rear upper mount bolt in position as you unthread it then remove all three other bolts to extract the mount from the engine. Position the rear upper mount on the new mount and start threading in the rear upper bolt before tightening the other three bolts. Tighten all four mount bolts to 66 nm (49 ft. Lbs.) before installing the mount through bolt apply torque up to 55 nm (41 ft. Lbs.). The last step involves removing the jackstand along with the wood block before placing the left splash shield in position and reinstalling the left tire and wheel assembly before dropping the vehicle.
