You should assemble the bushing removal tools consisting of a nut and a Control Arm Bushing service set (J21474-01) washer and a j21474-01 bearing followed by a Control Arm Bushing receiver (J21474-5) and a j21474-01 puller bolt. Begin by tightening the puller bolt to remove the bushing. Proceed with disassembly of the j21474-01 and j21474-5. To install the new bushing you should first apply a lubricant using liquid hand soap or similar product before tightening a 1/2 x 20 in standard thread nut onto the puller bolt. Use the assembly tools which comprise of j21474-01 bearing together with j21474-01 washer and j21474-01 bearing along with j21474-5 and j21474-01 puller bolt. After installing the bushing into the Control Arm use the puller bolt to reach proper torque then separate the j21474-01 from j21474-5 followed by removing the Control Arm from the clamp and concluding with new lower Control Arm installation.
