    A: Disabling the sir system needs to be done before starting the multifunction Turn Signal Switch housing replacement. Take off the Steering Wheel from its column position and proceed by disconnecting the ignition lock cylinder case assembly and the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly. Take off the Turn Signal Switch housing from its position on the steering column shaft. Push the Turn Signal Switch housing tightly against the steering column tilt head until screws from the turn signal and multifunction switch assembly align with their holes. Insert the Turn Signal Switch on the steering column, put on all switch components including the Steering Wheel knob, and place the ignition lock cylinder back into position. Complete setting up the system then activate the sir system.
