How to replace the exhaust Cam Gear actuator on 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

In order to change the exhaust camshaft position actuator, lift the hood of the camshaft and position the actuator so that it fits in the cylinder head. Stick the timing chain link, put in the Timing Chain Retention Tool and remove the actuator bolt. Fit the new actuator and fit the bolts in place. Install the camshaft cover again.
