Use J 38820, J 44222, and J 44228. Remove cam cover, plugs, and sprocket bolts. Fit holding tool, secure chain, lift sprockets, caps and camshafts. Apply air, compress springs, extract keys, seals and valves. Install new seals, springs, keys. Refit camshafts, sprockets, tighten bolts, reinstall plugs and cover.
