Start this repair by first removing the Drive Belt and generator and then delicately extracting the ect sensor. Industrial thread sealer p/n 12346004 or equivalent should be used during installation whether you choose the original sensor or a new sensor without existing sealant. Tighten the ect sensor to 16 n.m (12 lb ft) torque during installation.
