Use the Heated Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B) to remove the HO2S. New heated oxygen sensor installation requires anti-seize compound P/N 5613695 application to the sensor threads because this compound with graphite and fluid suspension and glass beads makes future removal easier. Apply anti-seize compound to the heated oxygen sensor threads before using the Heated Oxygen Sensor Wrench (J 39194-B) for sensor installation. Tighten the heated oxygen sensor to 41 N.m (30 lb ft). The final step involves reattaching the HO2S electrical connector.
