How to replace the EGR Tube on 2004 Chevrolet Venture?

The replacement of egr pipes requires engine ignition power to be disabled before proceeding. The EGR Valve pipe assembly retaining bolt must be removed before carefully extracting the assembly from the valve. The egr pipe assembly nut on the Exhaust Manifold requires unscrewing while the egr pipe needs to be removed following this step. The EGR Valve pipe installation starts with fitting the pipe to the Exhaust Manifold before torquing the egr pipe nut to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). After installing the egr pipe bolt onto the EGR Valve it needs tightening to 25 n.m (18 lb ft).
