How to replace the EGR Tube on 2005 Chevrolet Venture?

Before starting the replacement of the egr pipe you must turn off the ignition system. You should begin by removing the bolt which holds the pipe assembly onto the EGR Valve before you gently draw back the pipe assembly. Open the egr pipe assembly nut connecting the Exhaust Manifold before taking out the egr pipe. The EGR Valve pipe requires attachment to the Exhaust Manifold while ensuring proper tightening of the pipe nut to 25 n.m (18 lb ft). After placing the egr pipe bolt to the EGR Valve complete the installation by tightening it up to 25 n.m (18 lb ft).
