After threading the en 46547 into flywheel teeth you should lower the vehicle before you remove the crankshaft balancer bolt which will later be discarded. The process starts by installing the j 41816-2 at the crankshaft end while being cautious to avoid outer edge strain of the crankshaft balancer and finishes with a 3 jaw puller removal of the balancer before extracting the j 41816-2 . After cleaning the crankshaft balancer proceed to install it using the j 41478 but keep it in place with the j 41478. Place the crankshaft balancer washer alongside a new bolt for installation before tightening the bolt to 150 nm (111 ft. Lbs.) through use of the j 45059 . Additional bolt rotation to 180 degrees should also be part of the installation process. After supporting the vehicle you must eliminate the en 46547 from the flywheel teeth then place the service slot plug before lowering the vehicle for Drive Belt and cooling fan reinstallation.
