How to replace the Air Bag Sensor for the side impact on 2004 GMC Yukon XL 2500?

In order to change the inflatable restraint side impact sensor, one should first switch of the SIR system. Take out the trim panel on the front door and loosen the sensor fasteners. Unplug the 2-way harness connector yellow. Installation requires re-attaching the harness and re-attaching the sensor into the door. Lastly, install the door trim panel again and turn on the SIR system.
