The Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Air Bag Clock Spring needs to be replaced with the wheel being straight and the steering column locked. Turn off the SIR System, take out the steering wheel and cut the covers. Unscrew wire harness straps, strip away the retaining ring and install a clock spring. Install assembly, position the new assembly, replace covers, and activate the SIR system.
