How to replace the cruise control module on 2005 Buick Century?

Start by removing the cruise control cable from its position at the cruise control module which sits on the left strut tower. Then prepare to service the entire cruise control module device. Disconnect the cruise control module's electrical connector before removing shock tower retaining nuts. Position the cruise control module onto shock tower mounting studs while you secure the retaining nuts to a torque of 2 N.m (18 lb in). Use the electrical connector to link up with the cruise control module then reinstall the cruise control cable next.
