How to replace the LH secondary camshaft intermediate timing chain on 2005 Buick LaCrosse?

To get to the left Timing Chain, take off the engine front cover as the first step. Then, take out the tensioner, then the shoe, and after that the guide for the right bank Timing Chain. After that, take out the right bank Timing Chain, along with the primary camshaft drive chain tensioner. Then, take out the right bank Timing Chain idler, then move to the left bank and take off the left bank Timing Chain Tensioner, left bank Timing Chain shoe, left bank Timing Chain Guide. Look over and clean each camshaft timing drive part, changing any that are worn or damaged. For assembly, install the left bank Timing Chain, then the left bank Timing Chain idler. After that, fit the Timing Chain on the right bank, the guide, shoe, and tensioner, then put on the engine front cover to finish.
