How to replace the LH secondary camshaft timing chain on Buick LaCrosse?

Start by removing the spark plugs to ease Crankshaft rotation and then take off the engine front cover. Then take out the right bank Timing Chain Tensioner, guide, shoe and chain along with the upper guide and primary camshaft drive chain. Then move to the left bank by removing the left bank Timing Chain, Timing Chain Tensioner, shoe, guide and intermediate drive chain idler. Thoroughly clean all camshaft timing drive components and replace any parts that are damaged or worn out. Before reinstalling the camshaft timing components, install the left bank Timing Chain first, followed by the left bank camshaft intermediate drive chain idler, guide, shoe and tensioner. Next attach the right bank camshaft intermediate drive chain idler, primary camshaft drive chain, upper guide and tensioner. Reattach the right bank Timing Chain, guide, shoe and tensioner, along with both spark plugs and the front cover of the engine.
