Put the correct amount of refrigerant oil on the Evaporator before installing it normally along with aligning the hvac module case halves for upper hvac module case screw fastening at 1.4 n.m (12 lb in) tolerance. Reinstallation of the hvac module assembly should follow a final step of applying the seal to both the Heater Core and Evaporator pipes.
