How to replace the Blend Door Actuator - Left (Dual Zone) on 2005 Buick Terraza?

Begin by removing the driver side knee bolster and find the air temperature actuator itself. Disconnect the left side air temperature actuator electrical connector while you remove its bolts/screws allowing you to remove the left side air temperature actuator . Additionally remove the left side air temperature actuator lever when required. To put together the installation follow these steps: secure the air temperature actuator lever in its proper door position. Use the left side air temperature actuator bolts/screws to fasten the left side air temperature actuator into position before tightening each bolt to 1.2 N.m (11 lb in). Reattach the left side air temperature actuator electrical connector while installing the driver side knee bolster back into its place. Finally, re-calibrate the actuators.
