How to replace the lower intermediate steering shaft on 2005 Cadillac Escalade EXT?

To change the lower intermediate steering shaft, make sure that the front wheels are straight and the steering column is locked. Install Steering Column Anti-Rotation Pin, mark the components of the intermediate shaft, and remove connecting bolts. Install the intermediate shaft assembly, slide it and tighten the bolts. Lastly, do away with the Anti-Rotation Pin.
