How to replace the LH Lash Adjuster on 2005 Cadillac SRX?

Before removing the left Lash Adjuster, take out the required Camshaft(s), then remove the rocker arms, and finally take out the adjusters. Have a close look at and clean the Camshaft(s), Rocker Arm(s), and adjusters, replacing or fixing them if necessary. To install, put the adjusters on first, then install the rocker arms, and lastly put in the applicable camshafts.
