How to replace the Antenna Cable for the Global Positioning System (GPS) on 2005 Cadillac STS?

You must start by removing the passenger side sail panel then lowering the rear headliner area until you can reach the GPS coax cable. You should start by taking off the right rear compartment trim followed by disconnecting the coax cable connectors. While installing a new cable cut off its connector end and retain the old cable inside the wire harness. You need to position and stabilize your new coax cable next to the current cable after taking out the coax cable. Reconnect all electrical connectors followed by reinstalling the right side sail panel and then installing the headliner.
