The first step to replace the Cup Holder in front floor console is to remove the Center Console. Start by removing the front hvac duct followed by dismissing the screws that anchor the side impact brace. The Cup Holder replacement process requires you to remove first the screws that attach the center hvac duct and the screws that connect the Cup Holder to both the console surface and upper console part. You should first attach the Cup Holder to the console surface but place it on top followed by screw installation at 2 n.m (18 lb in). Install screws on the Cup Holder to the console while tightening them to 2 n.m (18 lb in), just like the previous step. Fasten the center hvac duct with screws while locking them at the recommended torque value. Secure the front hvac duct by reinstalling it while performing screw assembly of the side impact brace with torques set at 2 n.m (18 lb in). Finally, reinstall the Center Console.
