How to replace the Turn Signal Switch on 2005 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the turn signal switch, disable the Restraints system. Take off the trim covers, taking note of the position of the connector. Disconnect the wire harness assembly, and multifunction switch assembly, and the turn signal. Take the steering column tilt head out of the assembly. Install the new assembly again with proper connection and attach the trim covers.
