How to Replace a Fuel Filler Hose on 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt?

Before starting the replacement of the Fuel Tank filler hose drivers must drain the Fuel Tank and properly support the vehicle. The first and second Fuel Filler Hose clamps require loosening and the hose must be disconnected at both ends from the Fuel Tank and fuel filler pipe. First secure the Fuel Filler Hose at the fuel filler pipe and tank by tightening clamps (1, 2) to 4.5 n.m (40 lb in). Lower the vehicle afterward to complete the procedure by refueling the Fuel Tank.
