Next detach the Fuel Tank vent line quick connect fitting from the fill pipe recirculation line but maintain it connected to the lower bolt of the fill pipe. The technician should loosen the clamp on the fuel fill hose which is attached to the Fuel Tank while removing the hose from the tank area. Keep both the Fuel Tank opening and vent line protected from fuel loss by using caps or plugs.
