    A: In order to replace the Throttle Body assembly, code for 8 digits part identification number stamped on the Throttle Body casting for any necessary servicing or part replacement. Take care when handling the electronic throttle control parts in order to prevent breakage by avoiding dropping them or by not immersing them in cleaning solvents. Start with disconnection of intake Air Temperature Sensor electrical plug along with covering or plugging any openings so that it does not get contaminated. Remove the air intake duct, then immediately disconnect the air control valve electrical connector, the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector as well as disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the Throttle Body. Subsequently, remove the Throttle Body attachment bolts and pull out the Throttle Body with the gasket, throwing the old gasket but retaining it. Check the crankcase ventilation hose and tube, repairing or replacing any damaged parts. For installation, install a new Throttle Body Gasket, and install the Throttle Body assembly with the help of a torque wrench tightening the Throttle Body bolts to the value of 10 n.m (89 lb in). Connect the t p sensor electrical connector, crankcase ventilation hose and air control valve electrical connector back in place and make sure the fittings are well fitted and with no leaks. Reconnect the electrical connector on the intake Air Temperature Sensor and install the air intake duct. Lastly, perform a full throttle opening and closing procedure by activating the accelerator pedal while tracking throttle angles with a scan tool and allowing the accelerator pedal to move freely without binding, and then start the engine.
