How to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor on 2005 Chevrolet Corvette?

To remove the Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor, first disconnect the electrical connector for the maf/iat sensor and the lines from the air duct and loosen the air intake duct clamps. Now, unplug the air intake duct from the Throttle Body and extract the maf/iat sensor from the air cleaner housing. For installation, put the maf/iat sensor back into the air cleaner housing with the arrow facing the engine to indicate the right direction of air flow. Re-install the air intake duct and mount the clamps on it tighten to secure the air intake duct and maf/iat sensor to 4 n.m (35 lb in). Finally, reconnect the maf/iat electrical connector.
