How to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor and Intake Air Temperature Sensor on 2004 Chevrolet Corvette?

To replace the mass air flow (MAF) and intake air temperature (IAT), first, handling should be done with care, not damaging the honeycell at the air inlet end or touching the sensing elements. Remove the electrical connector of maf/iat sensor, remove the air intake duct clamps from maf/iat sensor and Throttle Body also remove the air duct clamp from the air cleaner housing to remove maf/iat sensor. When you install the new maf/iat sensor, make sure that the embossed arrow directing the appropriate air flow directs the engine. Use the j 22610 service boot clamp installer (J 22610) to put in the new clamp, attach the air intake duct to the maf/iat sensor, and the Throttle Body, tighten clamps, and reconnect the electrical connector to the maf/iat sensor.
