  A: Start the replacement of the Hazard Warning Switch by putting on the parking brake then carefully take off the bezel from the Ignition Lock Cylinder with a small flat-bladed tool. The transaxle shift control indicator should be set to 1 before positioning the Steering Wheel for access regarding vehicles with column shift systems. Start by taking away the right and left access covers from the instrument panel (I/P) fuse block of the impala but take off the left access cover from the monte carlo. Seamlessly remove the steering column filler while you start opening the instrument panel compartment door on the monte carlo.
