Begin by removing the egr pipe bolt before slowly taking the pipe assembly backward then detach the egr pipe assembly nut from the Exhaust Manifold and remove the egr pipe. The egr pipe installation requires attachment to the Exhaust Manifold followed by tightening the egr pipe nut to 25 n.m (18 lb ft), next step is to connect the egr pipe to the EGR Valve before installing and tightening the egr pipe bolt to 30 n.m (22 lb ft).
